Ordering
What payment options are there?
We offer a number of payment options with which you can pay securely through our payments partner Adyen. An overview of the payment options can be found at the bottom of the website or during checkout.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
You will be prompted to provide your shipping and billing information and select a shipping method.
Once you have viewed and reviewed your order, you can continue to payment and complete your purchase.
What happens after I have placed an order?
After you have placed an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. As soon as the products are shipped, you will receive a new e-mail containing the necessary tracking information so that you can track your order at all times.
What should I do if my order is incomplete or did not arrive?
If you receive an order that is missing items, contains damaged items or is incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible ( kundenservice@atelier-rebul.de) . We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
When the package is damaged on delivery,make sure to take pictures from every direction. And email them also to us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting to make sure it is correct.
How can I request an invoice for my order?
With every order placed with us you’ll automatically will recieve an invoice. This will be an attachment to the order confirmation email.
Shipping, deliveries and returns
How long does delivery of my order take?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day and usually arrive within 2-4 working days.
When will my package be shipped?
Orders received before 12 pm will be processed the same (business)day. In exceptional cases like national holidays, this may take an extra day. We will inform you in time.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail. In this email you will find track and trace data of our shipping partner.

What are my shipping cost ?
That depends on your order value and where the package should be delivered.
For shipments within the D-A-CH countries we offer this free of charge with orders over € 50, with an order amount less than € 50,- , € 5.95 shipping costs will be charged.
